Welcome to the Cook ‘N‘ Goals show, today we talk to Susan Pearse, author, leadership coach and presenter. Once Susan decided to go on a quarter life crisis trip overseas and try and find herself, she completely changed her perspective. Susan brought in the first mindfulness based leadership program to Australia 20 years ago after attending a conference with the Dalai Lama and has been coaching individuals, organisations and teams ever since. Susan and her business partner have written and published 3 books together, and Susan is publishing her 4th book later this year 'Spiritually Loose'. We have a great conversation about mindfulness, time and attention, as well as morning routines. The best thing I took away from this conversation is that, 'What you focus on grows'. Enjoy.
